My experience at Hendy Lotus Eastleigh could have been better because The vehicle had some damage to the near side lower plastic trim , which was repaired but not to a great standard . I was promised that the vehicle would be prepared and paintwork buffed to a high standard but this was not done on collection , and during the handover I noticed that the offside mirror had been hit and was loose and not working . This fault was also evident on the vehicle control screen . This was fixed onsite but I do feel that more attention could have been payed to the vehicle presentation .
